Hyper mobility syndrome?

My 4 yr old daughter was diagnosed with hyper mobility syndrome in December last year, we are still waiting for a physio appointment and in the mean time she is steadily gaining weight, have just done an online BMI which puts her at 20.6 and obese. She can't run and her legs ache if she walks too far, what can I do whilst waiting. There isn't anything I could cut out of her diet and she is a healthy eater.
