Diagnosis?

I moved to the Czech Republic six months ago. During Christmas time they eat a Carp(fish) as the main course, during christmas time I started to become sick, nausea, dihaerea, sometimes vommiting and now I get these attacks with the above symptoms maybe every three to two weeks. Could this be a parasite or something else?
