BFP!!! but is this normal?

Ok so I FINALLY got my BFP and I should be about 4weeks now. Either way I've been having some sharp pains in my ...they're not sore at all but sometimes I just get waves of pain in them (hard to explain sorry). Does anyone know if this is normal?? I'm kinda freaked out by it.
