Why do I experience severe nausea and bladder problems after finishing a run?

Friends and I are getting ready to run a marathon. I have started my training and reached 8 miles when I began to experience rough nausea and bladder issues a few minutes after finishing my work outs. I have never run this much for this far, but have always been very active in athletics. Why is this happening? What can i do to stop it?
