What is the best town for me?

I like a smallish town . SAFE!! A LOT of wildlife!! wildlife as in woodland animals like moose and elk. no swamps marshes exc.. no alligators or snakes. I want a good town to raise a family. still must have all essentials and close to a big city for my work as a wildlife biologist.as for weather I want a nice winter with snow!...and summers to be nice for swimmimg.I want all the seasons but not to an extreme degree.thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
