At what retail grocers can I find Atkins or low carb foods? (I live in chittenden county, vt)?

I just started the Atkins diet and NEED more variety besides meat and eggs at my house. Where would I be able to find low carb foods? I already looked at Wal-Mart, Hannaford, Shaw's and Rite Aid. PLEASE HELP- I'M STARVING!!
