C-section how much am i at risk for blood clot?

I had a c-section last week and my doc paut me on coumadin and lovenox... now thqt im completly mobile and out the hospital the doc wants to continue on coumadin and im feeding and dont want my baby to ingest it even its a small amount. since i have had pprevious dvt due to not being mobile after knee surgury.through my pregnacy i didnt take anything. do c sectionsput you at high risk of a dvt?
