Would you vote a law that requires politicians to have their mental health in order?

We see today riots world wide,wars,dictators...Dictators are result of poverty over one person and now that person has the power to control food and watter and to judge who gets more and who gets less,never sharing equally and extreme trauma(he was a slave all his life now he is in charge),all that leeds to mental issues.By his own testimony,he had it tough,Obama.and he is a bomb waiting to happen,he now has the power to send troops into war,no matter the reason,at least citizens of America would be glad to find out he is in full ability to serve and rule his country without acts of violence against his own people.Now tell me i am wrong!
