Why wont she just LEAVE already?

My ex and I live together with our kids. She has grown weary of me and told me she doesnt love me anymore. She has someone else and a good job and says I'm a MONSTER and no good. I admit I have some growing and making up to do. But its my place. And have nowhere else to go. Why would she continue "squatting" here?
