Which dress is more appropriate to wear to wear to a college graduation, and why?

Congratulations on your graduation, by the way, but the dress from Penney's is definitely more appropriate for your graduation....merely because it has straps and is a little more conservative for a graduation. The other dress, is a little more for a wedding, big party , a night out, etc...
