What is the name of a scary movie?

Its about a guy that kills kids and a lady goes to his mansion and can hear the kids. she has to release their souls. The kids write on the walls with blood to try to help her. she finds this room that is like a banquet hall and the rafters is covered in dead and bloody kids. there is a photo of the guy with a bunch of kids around him and he looks like an orange monkey in it because he is really hairy. Someone please help me!!!
