Very small winged bugs brought in with woodpile?

These bugs are so small you can barely see them. Its still pretty cold here in Pa , so I take they were brought in with the woodpile. With a microscope, it looks to be 2part body and wings,but is hard to say. Just swept up some more along the window sill after doing so last night. They are dark in color-reddish black maybe? Anyone have a clue and what to do about it?
