Help!! Virus with computer. Need istance?

About 20 seconds after i start up my desktop a small window pops up saying that windows needs to shut down. It starts to countdown from a minute then restarts my whole computer. It wont let me close the window. It says it was Initiated by the NT Authority\System. Also says the DCOM Server Process Launcher service terminated unexpectedly. Anyway i can fix this?
