Help to waking up not tired...and going to sleep early...?
okay so i have to wake up for school at around 7:30-8:00...and it's really hard for me too get out of bed and actually get conscius and not just reach and press the snooze on three times....and when i finally get anoyed of snoozing i just turn it off thinking i will get up in a minute...next thing i know i wake 30 minutes late or 10 minutes before my bus arrives...i ned some help to get up and go and not strain myself...(and please dont say to go to sleep earlyer cuase i get it....but i cant really go to sleep when i am not tired, i ussaly go to sleep at around 11:00 or 12:00. i need some type of stratigy to get me up and stay up, when i finally get up it's cold in my room which makes me want to snuggle in my warm covers...and then i fall asleep.) any help?
