Wait, it's on your chest and you have to wear a turtle neck to cover it up? Wouldn't it be somewhere on your neck then? Try wearing a necklace that might cover it up a little. Wash it first with some soap to get rid of the oil so it doesn't spread and don't touch it. More could come up. Put some light make up on it that isn't very oily and just try to cover it up the best as you can I guess.
