I thought sure the old coot would've been rubbing charcoals together and making corporate conquests in the other place; I always figured that Adam and Palmer would be trading insults there ... matter of fact, just like Wicked John in that story "Wicked John and the Devil", I half expected for the devil to get so fed up with the both of them that he gives them each a piece of coal and turn them out to create their OWN hell, lol!
